Democratizing Infrastructure Management with the Whole Earth Foundation

 In order to achieve a success, a strong infrastructure is needed. Often we hear terms or expressions like that in everyday life. Then, how about running a business? Is infrastructure also necessary in achieving business success? What is the role of infrastructure in running the business world? What does infrastructure have to do with the business we run?

That's right, these are the questions that may arise in our minds when we hear the term as mentioned at the beginning. However, it is true that running a business is complex. In-depth knowledge of business and all kinds of supporting factors, including the infrastructure itself, is required.

As ordinary people, we often think that infrastructure and business are two distinctly very different fields. Apparently, obtained an understanding of business infrastructure. In order to understand this, the more we explore one by one the things that are interrelated between these two types of fields that we think are very different and unsustainable. The first step we can take is to find out what infrastructure means.

The All Earth Foundation was formed as a non-profit organization with the aim of democratizing infrastructure management. We strive to achieve this goal by making information about the state of infrastructure more accessible and visible to the general public. By connecting citizens and infrastructure service providers through an application ecosystem powered by the Whole Earth Platform, we plan to provide residents with information and incentives to voice their needs to service providers. Service providers will then be able to communicate with their citizens and work to improve the infrastructure they operate.

 There are several other features of the Whole Earth Foundation:

Intelligent infrastructure: Users can collaborate with communities or service providers to build smart and sustainable infrastructure.

Balanced information: With the presence of the Whole Earth Foundation, it is possible to provide more equitable information to service providers and citizens.

Tools: Users can access platform tools to build and leverage environmental databases. Everyone can access this platform easily through their device.

Future Project

True to its name, the "Whole Earth" Foundation intends to focus all infrastructure & environment related projects around the world. As a starting point, we focused on the topic of water, but the potential uses of the platform go far beyond water infrastructure.

Provision of Ecosystem Tools

To promote the use and adoption of the WEA platform, WEF will provide a set of tools for those wishing to engage with our platform launch network.

The general public will be able to connect and access environmental databases and data contributions. Participation with the platform and provision of data will be encouraged by exploring

gamification mechanisms such as using Missions to engage the user in a task.

Users can then manage and utilize the utility tokens they earn in exchange for various tasks. Infrastructure-related service providers will gain access to environmental databases. This data will enable service providers to increase the efficiency of development projects by having access to the most up-to-date information managed by the community. They will also be able to take advantage of products created by third-party developers.

Third-party developers will also have access to environmental databases. They will be encouraged to explore new data applications for projects that benefit infrastructure and the environment.

The Foundation aims to work with partners to ensure all projects are aligned with the Foundation's vision.

Ecosystem Governance

Currently, the WEC token is an ERC20 Utility Token based on the Ethereum blockchain. We chose the Ethereum blockchain because of its maturity as a decentralized platform that offers strong security and access to a wide range of

development tools. As we progress, the Foundation will actively seek governance structures that better support our goals and take into account factors such as scalability and overall environmental impact.

WEC tokens

The Whole Earth Foundation launches a native token under the WEC name which has the role of a utility and governance token. Whole Earth Foundation launches WEC token based on Ethereum ERC-20. Users can earn these tokens for every contribution they make to the database or purchase them through the Coinsbit or Probit exchange platforms.
